High Speed DSL for local businesses.

DSL is a proven technology that offers secure, high-speed Internet access over existing copper lines. DSL can provide you with T1-like speeds up to 50 times faster than a 28.8Kbps modem. This is possible because digital communications can squeeze more capacity out of a phone line than analog modems.

Business DSL Solutions
Our business solutions offer key features such as:
  • SDSL - Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line
(upload and download bandwidth are equal)
  • Bitrates starting at 412 Kbps and up.
  • Multi-User support
All Business DSL Accounts come with:
  • DSL connection to the internet with unmetered access
  • DSL Modem
  • Filtered Email. (Free from Viruses and most of the junk!)
  • 5 POP Email accounts.
  • Mail and News access.
  • Static IP address assignment included.

Note: Not all services are available in all locations. The speed available to you depends on the distance from your installation location to the telephone company's CO (Central Office). Currently IOL has Coverage in the Clarksburg & Bridgeport, WV Area. IOL will Expand its coverage area as these services are being installed into newer markets.

Installation includes: Wiring & termination to the customer's d-marc. Also included, the initial configuration and testing of the client-side hardware.

Installation does NOT include, inside wiring if that is required. Inside wiring can be done at the initial install, but will be billed at $100 per hour for this additional work.

You will be required to purchase a DSL Router to connect your office LAN to the Internet. The DSL router has a built-in Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server, which also automatically assigns IP addresses and DNS information to all workstations on your LAN, saving your staff time and frustration. The router also uses Network Address Translation (NAT), which allows you to only require one IP address at connection time, and permits multiple devices/workstations on your LAN to share that IP address. We recommend using the Linksys DSL Router www.linksys.com
